摘要

全面了解舾装设备的种类、工作原理和布置安排。包括舵设备、锚 设备、系泊设备、救生设备、起货设备等的设计制作安装要求，以及船 级社关于船舶设缶相关的建造安装规范。并以某型拖船的舾装设备为研 究对象，找出多种模型制作材料进行研究对比，选出合适的材料，并制 定合适方案进行甲板设备模型设计制作安装。

摘 要

此次毕业设计题目为40000吨成品油船方案设计。设计者主要从船舶的实用性角度考虑，旨在能够最大限度的满足船东的使用要求。设计过程涵盖了本科阶段学习的诸多专业知识，具体情况如下：

一、根据设计任务书的要求确定船舶的主尺度并进行性能校核，为了选择最优的设计方案，设计者在初期采用了三种方法并相互比较，分别是母型船修改法、统计公式法、按主尺度比估算法，确定了较优的主要尺度要素。

二、型线设计采用“1-Cp”法。考虑尾部线型的要求，使船、桨、舵良好的配合。

三、参照母型船的总布置方案进行总布置设计，合理布置船舶各个舱室及配套设备，保证船舶能在正常工作的同时也不影响船员生活的舒适性。

四、按规范要求，校核船舶满载出港、压载出港两种载况下的浮态及完整稳性计算，为进行上述计算，提供了静水力曲线、货油舱与压载舱的舱容要素曲线、稳性横截曲线和进水角曲线。

五、采用图谱设计法进行螺旋桨设计，选取AU-4系列桨，保证船、机、桨三者的配合，以提高设计船的快速性能，在螺旋桨绘制过程中采用了系统的Excel绘制，提高了绘图效率。

六、按照规范进行中横剖面的结构设计。
