If you see eye to eye with sb ,you can say: I agree. Do you know? It means I think so, too. You can use I really agree with you. It means I think you are right. Or:

I’m in complete agreement with you.

be in complete agreement with sb./sth完全同意某人或某事 We are in complete agreement with their decision. 我们完全同意他们的决定。 We can also say:
