摘要目的：通过对台州市近 1 0年病残儿医学鉴定资料的统计分析，了解病残儿鉴定疾病种类的构成、顺位、变化趋势，针对问题提出建议。方法：对台州市 2 0 0 2￣2 0 1 1年病残儿医学鉴定资料运用《疾病和有关健康问题的国际分类

I C D - 1 0 ) 5进行疾病分类与编码，用 S P S S统计软件进行分析。结果：近 1 O年台州市病残儿主要致残原因依次为先天性畸形/变形和染色体异常、神经系统疾病、精神和行为障碍和肿瘤，合计 7 4 . 7 5 ( 3 6 0 9/ 4 8 2 8 );其中出生缺陷累计发生率占病残儿总数的 3 7 . 8 8 ( 1 8 2 9/ 4 8 2 8 ),先天性心脏病发病率最高。结论：出生缺陷是造成病残儿病残的主要原因，应重点完善出生缺陷“三级预防”干预体系；建议修订鉴定办法，完善诊断标准；开发应用集管理、服务、科研为一体的病残儿医学鉴定信息化平台。
