基于广电网络城市监控网络系统的设计

摘要

论述利用广电光纤网构建城市监控网络系统的可行性

介绍有线电视HFC网结构、城市监控系统的设计需求、总体构架；控制与交换相分离，适合大规模扩展应用。控制、图像、存储等全部采用国际标准技术实现，便于互连互通，整体架构采用分层、开放设计，便于新技术新业务的引入及融和。

IP智能监控架构，视频编、解码器，网络视频存储系统以及网络传输和关键技术。介绍监控系统的前端摄像设备, 图像信号传输网, 监控控制、管理、调度中心等各组成部分的结构特点。

监控系统贯彻执行“ 实用、先进、经济”这一设计原则, 从实际出发, 系统由前台摄像设备、后台系统处理设备和传输部分构成, 前台取证是系统的基础, 后台处理是系统的核心, 传输部分是实现系统实时功能的桥梁。

ABSTRACT

The elaboration uses the broad electricity optical fiber net to construct the city monitoring network system the feasible

The IP intelligence monitoring construction, the video frequency arranges the decoder, the network video frequency memory system as well as the network transmission and the key technologies. Introduction supervisory system front end pickup device, image signal transmission network,

monitoring control, management, control center and so on each constituent unique feature.

The supervisory system carries out practical, advanced, the economy” this principle of design, embarks from the reality, the system by the onstage pickup device, the backstage system handling equipment and the transmission part
