摘 要

施工图预算是按照规定的计价方法编制的工程造价文件，是施工图设计阶段合理确定和有效控制工程造价的重要依据或调整固定资产投资计划的依据；是建设单位确定标底和建筑企业投标报价的依据。

本设计采用目前通行的工程量清单计价模式，以YD花园1#住宅楼建筑、结构施工图、2008年辽宁省建设工程计价依据之建设工程计价定额编制说明、辽宁省建设工程计价依据A建筑工程计价定额（上、下）、辽宁工程造价信息、朝阳地区建设工程规费计取标准、辽宁省建设工程费用标准、03G101-1、04G101-4、06G101-6标准图集等估价依据为基础，采用工程量清单单价法来完成。

本设计的主要编制过程为，根据施工图纸计算工程量，根据已经算出的工程量为基础，编制分部分项工程量计价表、编制分项工程量清单综合单价分析表、编制措施项目清单计价表、编制其他项目清单计价表、编制规费、税金项目清单与计价表、编制单位工程造价费用汇总表，最终形成YD花园1#住宅楼建筑工程施工图预算编制文档。

根据测算，YD花园1#住宅楼建筑工程总价为9，664,676.83元，每平方米单价为1250.50元。

Abstract

Construction drawing budget which is based on unit engineering construction drawing design documents, the current budget norm and labor, materials and construction machinery number and price, and so on. Construction drawing budget is an important to make reasonable determination and effective control of the project cost or adjust the fixed assets investment plan in the period of construction document design; Is basis to determine mark-bottom for the construction unit and to bid price quotation for building enterprise .

This design USES the currently popular bq pattern, YD garden 1 # buildings construction, structure construction drawing, liaoning province construction project in 2008 the construction project valuation priced according to fixed formulation explanations of liaoning province, construction project based on A construction project valuation priced under fixed (,), liaoning engineering cost information, regional construction engineering project standard of liaoning province, fees, take 03G101 construction fee standards, 04G101-4-1, 6 standard atlas, 06G101 valuation basis, such as by basis of boq unit price method to finish.

The design of the main compiling process is calculated according to the construction drawings quantities, according to quantity has worked out based on partial quantity valuation, preparation of division and compiling breakdown boq watch list, compiled comprehensive unit price analysis valuation measures project staffing table and other items list valuation and compiling fees and taxes watch list and valuation project staffing table, project cost cost unit and finally formed YD garden 1 # buildings construction engineering construction drawing budget planning document.

According to estimates, YD garden 1 # buildings architectural engineering price for 9,664,676.83yuan, every square metre 1250 .50yuan unit
