WHAT IS LOVE?

Love means that I care about the welfare of the person I love to the extent that it is genuine, my caring is not a smothering of the person or a possessive clinging. I’m concerned about his growth and I hope he will become all that he can become, and never put up roadblocks to what he does that enhances him as a person.

Love means having respect for the dignity of the person I love. See him as a separate person, with his own values and thoughts and feelings, and I don’t insist that he surrender his identity and conform to an image of what I expect him to be for me .I can allow and encourage him to stand alone and to be who he is, and I avoid treating him as an object or using him primarily to gratify my own needs.

In short, in love two beings become one and yet remain two

WHERE TO LIVE- IN THE CITY OR THE COUNTRY?

A modern city has many conveniences such as electricity, gas, schools, hospitals, cinemas, etc. These conveniences make the city people’s life comfortable and easy. But in big cities, there are crimes, air pollution, and crowdedness, which often bother residents.

The countryside has its own attractions, such as clean air, water, and quiet environment. In addition to these,one can enjoy a peaceful life and beautiful natural scenery. There is no noise, no crowdedness and no crime. But some modern facilities are not available. For example, it may not be very convenient for a person to go to a middle school.

I prefer to live in a city because I was born and grew up there. The problems a city has can be solved by modern science and technology.

Nowadays，many young people have new ideas which are different from their parents. They argue even fight with their parents from time to time only because they wouldn’t like to do what their parents want to. In my opinions, children and their parents should understand and respect each other, so

There are many reasons for this phenomenon. Firstly, young people have different lifestyle, different education and different friends from their parents, different age will shape a new generation. Secondly, the young are still too young to face the society but they don’t realize, so they often think whatever they do is right, which leads them not listen to their parents’ some useful and valuable advice. Finally, some parents only order children to do something rather than discuss with them.

As far as I’m concern, everybody should join hands to solve this problem. Both sides should respect the other, when parents have more communications with the young, many conflicts will not happen. Similarly，if children can understand their parents’ original intention，they will not always opposite their parents。
