Dear Sirs,

Regarding the Sales Contract No. 111 covering 500 dozen Men’s Shirts, we have opened the relative L / C through the Bank of England for the amount of ￡4,000.

Shipment must be effected before the end of May. Insurance should be covered against All Risks for 120% of the invoice value. As usual practice, we know, you arrange insurance for the invoice value plus 10%. Therefore, the extra premium will be for buyer’s account. We hope this will meet your approval.
